QATAR- Doha-based conglomerate Al Baladi Holdings has entered into an exclusive partnership with investment firm Green Capital Management to expand Go Crispy, its chicken restaurant chain wing and Tea Time cafes.
According to both companies, the partnership will launch over 400 outlets across Europe, the Middle East and Asia. The expansion plan is intended to cover 27 countries in the regions, starting with Russia, Kazakhstan, Azerbaijan and the United Kingdom.
Go Crispy will offer its halal chicken dishes and other fast food options in these new locations. The conglomerate also revealed plans of opening an unnamed number of Tea Time cafés in locations that have a predominant tea culture.
Al Baladi revealed it strives to replicate the unique dining experience of its chicken restaurant and café business wing, particularly prioritizing its simple, competitive products like its signature Karak drink and saffron tea.
The conglomerate hailed the partnership, describing it as a unique opportunity to expand its global footprint.

Al Baladi described the investment firm as a perfect fit for its global expansion effort. The chairman praised the investment firm’s experience and proven track record of successfully investing and managing several businesses in the past.
The conglomerate is expected to benefit from the Green Capital Management’s capitalization strength, networks, logistical and supply chain capabilities in the 27 countries.
Green Capital Management also expressed optimism over the move, praising the conglomerate’s success in building the Go Crispy and Tea Time brands in the past few years. The investment firm cited an alignment of objectives as the primary motivator for the partnership.
