FRANCE—Moët & Chandon, a French fine winery, has unveiled a new restaurant, bar, and event space in Paris in partnership with Michelin-starred chef Yannick Alléno.

The restaurant, named Moët in Paris by Allénos, is located in Beaupassage at 53 to 57 Rue de Grenelle, in the city’s 7th arrondissement, a stone’s throw from Saint-Germain-des-Prés.

It will operate throughout the summer of 2024 until the commencement of the champagne harvest in early autumn.

Moët in Paris by Allénos is open seven days a week from noon to midnight, offering both lunch and dinner services, and a separate space for drinks and social gatherings.

Lunch service runs from 12.00pm until 2.30pm, and dinner from 5.00pm until 10.30pm.

The interior of the restaurant has a Parisian touch, with design elements contributed by fashion designer and illustrator Charles de Vilmorin.

The venue also promises an atmosphere of French celebration, featuring Champagne Happy Hour, tasting events, surprise celebrity appearances, DJ sets and live music sessions.

Chef Yannick Alléno, who is a Moët & Chandon ambassador, is at the helm of the restaurant’s culinary offerings, while Moët & Chandon cellar master Benoît Gouez oversees the champagne selection.

The menu features dishes such as duck foie gras terrine, steamed fish, grilled meats, beef fillet peppered “café de Paris”, and cow’s milk burrata with olive powder.

It also includes vegetarian options, such as green curry of southern vegetables and sautéed trombetta squash, which is made using curry flower pickles and almonds.

Dessert items include cherry clafoutis and chocolate fondant with salted caramel ice cream.

Guests can order Moët & Chandon champagnes, including Brut Impérial, Impérial Rosé and Ice Impérial, paired with special flavour creations.

Alléno said: “Moët in Paris by Allénos blends the grandeur of our gastronomic heritage with the vibrant spirit that defines modern Paris.

“It’s a place where each glass of Moët & Chandon is not just a toast, but also a celebration of craftsmanship, community and the shared joy that only such timeless elegance can inspire.”
