SAUDI ARABIA- Lebanese restaurant chain Barbar has launched its third outlet on Othman Bin Affan Road in Saudi Arabia’s capital. 

The new restaurant will be open from 11 am to 3 am everyday, providing both delivery and dine-in services with an expanded coverage area to reach a wider customer base. 

According to Lavoya Restaurant Group, Barbar chain’s operator in the Gulf region, the new Saudi restaurant will build on the success of the two existing locations and leverage the industry’s potential in the country. 

The other two locations are located in Tahlia Street in Al Olaya and Anas Bin Malik Street in Al Yasmeen. 

A recent report by P&S Intelligence predicts that the Saudi Arabian food service industry will generate revenue of US$32.2 billion this year, and it is projected to grow at a combined annual growth rate (CAGR) of 8.8% by 2030. 

The company also revealed plans to further enhance its delivery services, which P&S Intelligence describes as key to the proliferation of Saudi Arabia’s food service market. 

The restaurant chain will maintain its signature menu offered in the other outlets, which specializes in combining contemporary culinary techniques with the traditional flavors of Beirut. 

It will feature signature dishes like shawarma, fresh salads, broasted chicken, daily specials, grilled meats, desserts and fruit cocktails. The new restaurant also a spacious outdoor terrace for customers to enjoy their meals. 

Lavoya Restaurant Group also revealed plans to further expand its menu, through the soon-to-be launched Kids’ Meal and Gathering Boxes.
