THAILAND — Dusit International has partnered with King Square Development to manage an exclusive new hotel and luxury residence in Bangkok, which is set to open in 2026.

Dusit International, a prominent player in Thailand’s hotel and property development sector, has entered into a property management agreement with King Square Development Co., Ltd—a real estate firm in Bangkok formed by Saha Group and Tokyu Corporation—and King Square Suites Co., Ltd. 

This collaboration will oversee the management of Dusit Suites Kingsquare, Bangkok, and KingsQuare Residence, a high-end hotel and luxury residential development set to debut in 2026.

Strategically positioned on Rama 3 Road, adjacent to King’s College International School Bangkok, a British international school that commenced operations in September 2020, Dusit Suites Kingsquare, Bangkok, and KingsQuare Residence are integral components of a new lifestyle hub, which will also feature a community mall.

Dusit Suites Kingsquare, Bangkok, will function as both a hotel and serviced apartment. It will offer 60 elegantly designed hotel rooms alongside 49 spacious serviced suites, ranging from cosy twin rooms to expansive two-bedroom units.

Designed for maximum comfort and convenience for short-term and extended stays, each serviced suite will be fully furnished with home-like amenities, including plush sofas, widescreen TVs, and kitchenettes. 

The property will boast extensive facilities, such as a large swimming pool, a dedicated kids’ club, a well-lit co-working space, and an all-day dining restaurant offering healthy and delicious meals. 

Additional amenities will include a meeting room and a private lounge catering to work and leisure needs.

In addition to the hotel, Dusit will oversee the management of the luxury KingsQuare Residence through Dusit Hospitality Services, a subsidiary focused on leveraging Dusit’s extensive hospitality expertise to provide top-tier facility services and management for luxury residential properties in Bangkok and beyond.

Reflecting King Square Development Co., Ltd.’s vision of fostering a ‘Community of Kindness,’ KingsQuare Residence is designed as an urban haven for families and professionals. 

The 52-story tower will feature 222 meticulously crafted residences, ranging from spacious one-bedroom units (60-73 sq m) to expansive three-bedroom homes (169-296 sq m). 

The property will offer penthouse and duplex options starting at 324 sq m for those seeking the pinnacle of luxury.

Residents will enjoy various communal amenities, including a swimming pool with a barbecue terrace, a co-kitchen with private dining space, a kids’ playroom with an adjoining lawn, a basketball court, and private meeting spaces. 

On-demand Dusit services, such as housekeeping, laundry, and 24-hour concierge, will enhance the living experience.

In addition to Dusit’s signature Thai-inspired hospitality, guests and residents at Dusit Suites Kingsquare, Bangkok, and KingsQuare Residence will benefit from proximity to the vibrant entertainment, dining, shopping, and business hubs of the nearby Sathorn district. 

Convenient access to expressways ensures seamless connectivity to the rest of the city.

Dusit Suites Kingsquare, Bangkok, will be Dusit’s ninth managed hotel in Bangkok and the second property in the city to combine a hotel and serviced suites, following Dusit Suites Hotel Ratchadamri, Bangkok.

Dusit, via Dusit Hospitality Services, is also responsible for managing four luxury condominium developments in Bangkok: Sukhothai Residences, COCO Parc under Dusit Hospitality Services, MARQUE Sukhumvit, and Muniq Laungsuan.

Globally, Dusit’s portfolio encompasses 301 properties across 18 countries, including 57 properties under Dusit Hotels and Resorts and 244 luxury villas under Elite Havens, Asia’s premier luxury villa rental provider, acquired by Dusit in 2018. 

Over 60 additional Dusit Hotels and Resorts are currently in the pipeline.
