DUBAI- The third edition of the world-leading event dedicated to chocolate, pastry, gelato and coffee is set to take place from September 18-20 at Madinat Jumeirah, Dubai and will showcase the latest trends in chocolate, coffee and pastries. 

The event is organized by Hospitality Services Middle East, an event management and publishing company headquartered in Dubai.  

The event will feature 360 brands represented by 120 exhibitors and 7,000 visitors. 

Salon du Chocolat et de la Pâtisserie has become a global reference for QSR chains and hotels seeking to discover the latest trends in pastries and chocolate. 

A highlight of the event will be the Chocolate Fashion Show, which will feature 13 chocolate dresses. The dresses are creations by participating executive pastry chefs in collaboration with talented fashion design students. 

The event will also feature The Talks, a series of sessions involving industry specialists and leaders discussing the latest trends in pastry, chocolate and coffee. In the upcoming event, UNEP has agreed to make a presentation on food waste and hospitality in the hospitality sector. 

The other highlight of the event will be the Coffee in Good Spirits Championship, which will showcase the skills of baristas and barkeepers in creating unique coffee and spirits blends. 

Salon du Chocolat et de la Pâtisserie will also feature the Pastry Show, a series of workshops led by executive chefs on the latest trends in pastries. 

The event will feature a total of 43 different masterclasses and competitions including including the Best 3D Cake Design, Best Chocolate Showpiece, and the KITKAT Dessert Challenge.
