SOUTH AFRICA — Rosebank Mall will host this year’s Spring Street Feast on Saturday, 7 September 2024.
From 10h00 to 19h00, the vibrant space adjoining the mall on Bath Avenue will come alive with the sights, sounds, and flavours of this festive celebration, offering an experience that promises to satisfy both appetite and desire for fun.
Beer enthusiasts can look forward to sampling the finest brews from Jack Black and Devils Peak Craft Beer. At the same time, those with a taste for something more spirited can enjoy the exquisite range of craft gin and tonics from L’Atelier Distillery.
The bar will be managed by Good & Proper Food Trucks and will offer something for everyone, including craft gin and beer on tap, craft cocktails, local bottled beers and ciders, and a selection of wines from Alvi’s Drift, along with sparkling MCC from Miss Molly.
The first 100 guests will receive a complimentary glass of gin, setting the stage for a day of delightful surprises.
This Spring Street Feast is designed to be a family-friendly extravaganza where guests of all ages can dive into a world of entertainment. They can engage in classic board games, capturing picture-perfect moments at the vibrant selfie wall, or experience the thrill of the 360-video pod.
In addition to the culinary delights and entertainment, Rosebank Mall’s Spring Street Feast will feature ThriftOlympics, an exciting clothing thrift market that adds a new dimension to the festivities.
Focused on creating fun, eco-conscious shopping experiences, Thrift Olympics is a place to discover unique fashion finds while supporting sustainable practices.
Food lovers are in for a treat, as a carefully curated selection of food trucks will tantalise their taste buds with an array of mouth-watering delights.
Wing Republic will be serving up succulent pork ribs and crispy chicken wings, perfectly paired with golden fries. Over at Luvies, one can indulge in gourmet beef burgers, ranch chicken burgers, and flavourful falafel burgers, all served with a side of chips, or explore their BAO buns for a twist on one’s favourite flavours.
For those seeking Halaal options, Sabrosa offers a tempting variety of nachos, tacos, churros, poppers, and loaded fries, ensuring that every craving is satisfied.
