SAUDI ARABIA – Zannier Hotels has announced a partnership with NEOM to develop a new luxury eco-resort in Zardun in Saudi Arabia on the coast of the Gulf of Aqaba.
Saudi Arabia is on a development spree, and one of the hottest spots right now is Neom. This eco-friendly destination is gearing up to welcome guests at its many sustainable resorts, and with that, another hospitality brand is making its debut in the region. Zannier Hotels is heading to Neom with Zannier Zardun.
Located in Neom’s Zardun district within the Magna development, Zannier Zardun will blend desert landscapes with lush greenery, flora, and fauna.
The property will also feature oases designed to reintroduce native wildlife and foster the growth of indigenous plants and trees.
Zannier Hotels prides itself in developing hotels that blend with their natural surroundings — a goal Neom has also been working towards. Zannier Zardun follows the same ethos, offering a tranquil retreat to those who like to be one with nature.
Overlooking crystalline waters, Zannier Zardun nestles into the exquisite landscape stretching from the mountains to the low hills, across the coastal plain to the sea.
Zannier Zardun will feature 100 rooms and suites, spread across three signature buildings, each offering a unique experience. Expect to have views of the waters ahead or the mountains and hills — or both.

A state-of-the-art experience centre welcomes guests through an underground entrance leading to a 360-degree observation deck that reveals the splendour of Zardun, providing a setting for the most intimate connection between humans and nature.
Guests will enjoy authentic and transformative experiences, educational programs on nature conservation and rewilding, and various sports and leisure activities including trekking, mountain biking, rock climbing, stargazing, meditation, and yoga.
As part of NEOM and Zannier Hotels’ dedication to preserving and enhancing the natural environment, the resort will feature a series of lush oases designed to support diverse habitats, aiding the reintroduction of native animal, tree, and plant species.
