OMAN— British multinational hospitality company, IHG Hotels & Resorts has opened its first resort in the Middle East under the Hotel Indigo brand, the Jabal Akhdar Resort & Spa, in Oman.
The new resort is located two hours from Muscat, the capital of Oman, and six hours from Dubai. Nestled 2.000 meters above sea level, the resort features 173 beautifully designed rooms, suites, and chalets, each offering majestic views of the neighboring mountains.
Jabal Akhdar means “Green Mountain” in Arabic, referring to the majestic range in Oman known for its stunning landscapes and cooler climate, which according to the resort, offers a unique experience to guests.
