USA– The third largest pizza chain in the world, Little Caesars has revealed it has completed the signing of several multi-unit development agreements during its 65th anniversary celebrations.
According to the pizza chain, the agreements will result in 23 new locations. Little Caesars also reiterated that the agreements were spearheaded by its operators, who are looking to open markets with a sustainable demand for affordable menu items.
The new restaurants will be in Dallas, Los Angeles, San Antonio, Charlotte, Albuquerque, Brooklyn, Baltimore and Greenville.
The move continues the pizza chain’s accelerated non-traditional unit expansion strategy announced earlier in the year, designed to meet demand for flexible meal options in the competitive QSR market.
According to Little Caesars, the expansion strategy aligns with a growing preference for convenient dining.
As part of the agreements, Little Caesars will promote the brand to its customers in a variety of non-conventional locations, including university towns and college campuses, casinos, amusement parks, hospitals, zoos, and airports.
The pizza chain also emphasizes the new restaurants will feature famous menu items, including Hot-N-Ready and the recently launched Crazy Puffs.
According to Little Caesars, the brand is fully equipped to provide the delicious meals that travelers, students, and fans crave at these high-foot-traffic hubs.
The chain, however, is calling on other qualified multi-unit franchise operators to join this expansion effort, especially in the Northeast, Pacific Northwest, New Orleans, and North and South Carolina.
Little Caesars revealed its ultimate goal of expanding to 50 restaurant outlets in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, New York, and Maryland.
Patrick Cunningham, Vice President of U.S. Development at Little Caesars said, “Over the past few years, we’ve taken steps to continue to meet the demands and preferences of franchisees and guests alike. As we celebrate our 65th anniversary, we’re thrilled to see our franchisees’ hard work come to fruition and encouraged by the significant strides we’ve made so far this year as a brand.”
“With several new deals and grand openings on the way, we’re excited about the future of Little Caesars and look forward to giving guests more opportunities to enjoy their favorite menu items nationwide.”
