INDIA – Indian Hotels Company (IHCL), India’s largest hospitality company, has announced the signing of a Vivanta and a Ginger hotel in Mahindra World City (MWC), Chennai.
These greenfield projects will be developed on a 3-acre land parcel near the Kolavai Lake, in the heart of the integrated business city.
The new Vivanta MWC will boast 100 meticulously designed rooms and suites, promising a refined experience for its guests. This upscale hotel will include an all-day dining venue as well as a specialty restaurant complete with a bar, providing diverse culinary options.
Guests can enjoy top-notch wellness amenities, including a cutting-edge gym and a swimming pool, while a flexible banquet space is set to accommodate a range of events, making it ideal for both business and leisure travelers.
In addition to Vivanta, the Ginger MWC will be introduced as part of IHCL’s signature lean luxe approach. This hotel will feature 200 contemporary rooms designed with a modern flair. The vibrant all-day dining area will double as a bar, creating a dynamic space for guests to unwind.
Ginger MWC will also offer an array of amenities, such as a well-equipped gym and versatile meeting facilities, catering to the needs of business professionals and leisure guests alike.
