USA – Popular fast food chain Wendy’s has announced the appointment of John Min as Chief Legal Officer (CLO) and Secretary and Mary Greenlee as Senior Vice President for its US operations.
The appointment takes effect immediately.
Min served as Senior Vice President, Chief Legal Officer and Secretary of Kellanova before his appointment. He worked for Kellanove (formally Kellog) for 13 years.
The new CLO brings two decades of legal experience in food service industry. He boasts two decades of corporate experience in leading high-performing teams. He has a proven track record of providing strategic legal counsel and managing compliance risk in very diverse markets in the food industry.
In his new role, Min will lead the fast food chain’s global legal department and will play a key role in guiding the company’s legal strategy as well as managing its global risk and compliance operations.
He will report directly to Kirk Tanner, Wendy’s CEO.

In her new role, Greene will lead the chain’s franchise operations in the US, leading Wendy’s strategic growth initiatives and driving the company’s economic model to ensure it reaches its full growth potential.
The new US SVP brings 25 years experience in the restaurant and beverage sector, bringing a wealth of knowledge on franchise system operations.
Greenlee served as Vice President of US Field Operations and Subway before her appointment. She also served as Director of Business Development and General Manager of Coca Cola Freestyle Strategy for Wendy’s.

Greenlee will report to Abigail Pringle, President US operations.
