MEA – The largest Point of Sale (POS) and Online to Offline (O2O) solutions provider in the Middle East and Africa (MEA) Posiflex Technologies Inc., has announced it will present the latest POS solutions with AI features at GITEX Global 2024.
The event will be held from October 14 to 18 at the Dubai World Trade Center.
GITEX Global is one of the largest technology events in the world connecting the technology ecosystem as it affects different economic sectors.
The POS service provider will showcase its AI-enabled, self-ordering and self-checkout kiosks at the event.
Posiflex revealed the latest solution is a response to the emerging needs of QSR chains worldwide for enhanced efficiency. The technology is designed to address the manpower challenges in the sector and improve customer interaction.
The kiosks feature advanced voice interaction technology, combining voice recognition with AI-powered vision inspection capabilities.
According to Posiflex, the smart integration provides an efficient and seamless ordering experience, reducing cues, minimizes errors caused by manual entry and enhances loss prevention through automated notifications.
The system also features an AI-powered scale that measures the weight of products and computing price by cross-referencing the weight values with preset product data to ensure accuracy.
Visitors to the company’s booth at the event will see this latest technology through Posiflex’s flagship Mozart BT Series POS Terminal.
Visitors will also see the HK Series, a dedicated hospitality kiosk designed for hotel self-service check-in/checkout practices that integrates a user-friendly, passport scanner, card reader, printer, and room key dispenser and recycler to address labor shortages and reduced human contact.
The POS service provider will also showcase its 2024 iF Design Award-winning products, including the Haydn ZT Series – the industry’s first clamshell POS terminal – and the Gen9 Base, which integrates a thermal printer and power supply for maximum space efficiency.
