USA — Talsey AI, a leading AI-powered guest communication tool, has collaborated with Visual Matrix, a technology solutions provider for the hospitality industry, to integrate smart chat technology into hotel operations.
The goal is to improve guest satisfaction and streamline workflows.
AI-driven guest communication tool provider Talsey AI is now completely integrated as a technology partner of property management system (PMS) provider Visual Matrix.
Talsey AI’s communication platform facilitates effective communication between hotels and their guests.

Offering a 92% comprehension rate, the platform’s advanced chat technology contributes to higher guest satisfaction, increases revenue for hoteliers, and alleviates the work burden of hotel staff.
Key features include an AI-based smart inbox that prioritises messages needing immediate attention, a custom-trained AI model tailored for each hotel, and automatic review management.
Integrating with Visual Matrix’s PMS allows hoteliers to automate guest services and streamline operational workflows, offering tailored, real-time responses while improving efficiency and guest satisfaction.
“Together with Talsey we are bringing the guest experience at hotels to a new level. Their easy-to-use platform ensures hoteliers won’t get bogged down by traditional software, thus increasing revenue and loyalty,” Visual Matrix chief development officer Patty Jefferson said.
Recently, Visual Matrix announced that it increased the growth of its mobile housekeeping operating platform known as MOP 440 percent since acquiring the technology in 2021.
MOP is now used at more than 1,000 hotels representing 33 industry brands, including Wyndham, Hilton, Marriott, and IHG.
MOP aims to help hotel teams perform routine processes on the go using streamlined mobile housekeeping and maintenance controls. The program is designed to connect hotel team members using checklists, prompts and alerts.
MOP’s mobile format lets hotel workers share information or stay up-to-date on room availability and maintenance requests without calls or trips to and from the front desk.
