SAUDI ARABIA – Music entertainment company MDLBEAST has launched its premier dining and entertainment establishment Attaché in Riyadh’s Diplomatic Quarter.
According to the entertainment company, the location is meant to create a modern and inclusive hospitality experience that resonates with a diverse customer base, especially those who appreciate music and creativity.
The establishment is divided into three unique spaces that cater to different preferences.
It features an indoor/outdoor restaurant, an exclusive lounge, and UNSTABLE, a nightclub for evening entertainment.
The indoor/outdoor restaurant features a diverse range of international dishes crafted from fresh, seasonal ingredients.
It features outdoor cooking that adds a unique flavor, which is complemented by produce from the establishment’s garden. The dining experience evolves throughout the day, accompanied by a selection of mocktails and curated music.
Renowned Chef Emmanuel Soares serves as the executive chef for the establishment.
He graduated in Paris with the highest rank of BTS in hospitality, following a stint as a student at the prestigious Cornell University in the USA.
He sharpened his culinary skills by working in the most prestigious places in Paris with internationally recognized chefs like – the legendary Chef Gérard Vié, Michelin-starred Alain Ducasse, Ghislaine Arabian, and Michele Roth.
He also cooperated with iconic catering companies of a high profile like Le Nôtre, Potel & Chabot, Dalloyau, Saint Clair, Raynier Marchetti, and Fauchon which hosted exclusive worldwide events.
The executive chef recently developed a consultancy in hospitality globally with his own company ‘Soares & Partners’ built in Dubai, by taking the leading missions in La Serre (Dubai), and the Saudi royal family palaces (KSA).
He boasts more than three decades of experience in the hospitality sector, working in more than 12 countries for award-winning resorts in ultra-luxury segments such as One and Only (Maldives), Jumeirah (UAE), La Réserve (Switzerland), and Kenzi (Morocco).
Attaché also features Privé, an exclusive member’s lounge that offers a private setting for casual gatherings and meetings, where guests can enjoy artisan coffee and international dishes.
MDLBEAST also hails the establishment as an ideal venue for hosting a variety of events, including music performances, concerts, private gatherings, and specialized catering services.
