MAURITIUS — Constance Sakoa Boutik, Constance Hotels & Resorts’ first boutique hotel, has reopened after a complete refurbishment.
Located on Trou aux Biches beach in northern Mauritius, the hotel features 16 redesigned rooms, a beachfront restaurant and a bar. It aims to provide a personalised and authentic local experience.
“We are ideally located near local shops, restaurants and water activities, making our hotel suitable for guests looking for relaxation or exploration,” said Giovanna Blin, Hotel Manager of Constance Sakoa Boutik.
The hotel offers direct access to water sports including kayaking, paddle-boarding and glass-bottom boat tours. It also features the Constance Wellness kiosk, which provides treatments overlooking the ocean.
“The refurbishment reflects our continued commitment to high service standards,” noted Jean-Jacques Vallet, CEO of Constance Hotels & Resorts.
“We aim to enhance guest comfort while maintaining the essence of our brand.”
The boutique hotel’s rooms offer views of the ocean or gardens and incorporate natural materials and bright tones.
The on-site Oak Restaurant provides a daily menu with local and international dishes while K Bar serves a variety of cocktails, cigars and rum.
Constance Sakoa Boutik is part of the Echo Privilege Club loyalty programme offering rewards across Constance Hotels & Resorts properties. The programme includes environmental initiatives like mangrove restoration and coral reef preservation.
The Echo Privilege Club was launched in July this year to enhance guest experiences across all its hotels in Seychelles, Maldives, Mauritius, Rodrigues, and Madagascar.
According to Jean-Jacques Vallet, CEO of Constance Hospitality Management Echo Privilege Club is more than a loyalty program; it’s a journey of rediscovery and enchantment.
Echo Privilege Club is structured around four tiers, each offering a progressively enhanced level of service and recognition.
Earlier this year Constance Hotels, Resorts & Golf, announced that its three new properties – one in Mauritius and two on the island of Rodrigues – are now open.
Rodrigues is uncharted territory for Constance, and the two properties will make the island its fifth Indian Ocean destination.
Lying 560km east of Mauritius, Rodrigues is easily accessible, with Air Mauritius flying daily between Sir S. Ramgoolam International and Plaine Corail Airport.
Situated along the sandy shores of Rodrigues, the lodge has been newly renovated to celebrate Creole architecture across its 31 individual beachfront rooms that come complete with private terraces and open-air bathtubs.
Guests can dine at the lodge’s scenic restaurant and enjoy the property’s bar, swimming pool, spa, and wellness services.
C Rodrigues is a haven for kitesurfing enthusiasts and adventurists. The oceanside property has been completely remodelled to provide 65 rooms and two villas.
Guests can access world-class amenities and an exclusive beach club, providing an ideal escape for those who crave pristine, panoramic views.
Constance Sakoa in Mauritius encapsulates the charm of an intimate boutique hotel with just 16 rooms.
Situated along the northern coast of Mauritius in the Trou aux Biches area, the hotel is designed to deliver intimate experiences while still being within proximity to local shops and restaurants.
