SAUDI ARABIA — Shiji Group, a global hospitality technology provider, has launched a new entity in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia to offer innovative solutions to a growing number of hotels and food and beverage outlets.
The innovative solutions include Infrasys Cloud POS, Shiji Enterprise Platform (PMS), Shiji Payment Solutions, ReviewPro and more.
The new office will focus on delivering localized customer service, building long-term relationships, and fostering sustainable growth for Shiji’s regional clients.
The expansion is part of Shiji’s broader strategy to enhance customer service capabilities and support its growing client base in the Middle East.
With the Kingdom poised to become a major hub for tourism and hospitality, Shiji’s local presence is expected to play a pivotal role in serving clients with cutting-edge technology and superior customer support.
