QATAR – Private charter operator Qatar Executive and Qatar Airways Privilege Club have unveiled a new partnership that will bring exclusive benefits to loyalty members.
Privilege Club members booking flights directly with Qatar Executive will earn four Avios points for every US$1 spent on a charter. They will be able to redeem these points for private jet flights, either in full or on a cash-plus-Avios-points basis.
Under the terms of the partnership, first-time charter customers will receive four complimentary Privilege Club tier upgrades, including one Platinum and three Gold tiers. They can share these benefits with other individuals.
Qatar Executive’s fleet consists of 15 Gulfstream G650ERs and four G700s, as well as a pair of Bombardier Global 5000s and an Airbus ACJ319.
In May, it was the first operator in the world to take delivery of the new G700 model in an event held at the airline’s headquarters at Hamad International Airport in Doha. It is due to receive six more of the type over the next 18 months.
“As we continue to set the standard for business aviation, our partnership with Qatar Airways Privilege Club further enhances the exclusive benefits we offer to our clientele,” Qatar Executive Vice President Commercial, Trevor Esling, said.
“The programme aims to reward our loyal passengers, while creating further synergies within the Qatar Airways Group. As a first-of-its-kind within our industry, we see it as another addition in providing a seamless and rewarding journey at every touchpoint.”
The partnership brings exclusive benefits for first time bookings.
Privilege Club members flying Qatar Executive will be entitled to four complementary tier upgrades, which includes one Platinum and three Gold tiers which can be offered to individuals of their choice.
“As Privilege Club continues to augment the loyalty programme with exclusive experiences for our members, we are proud to collaborate with Qatar Executive. Members who prefer flying in the comfort of private charters can now collect Avios when making their bookings with Qatar Executive,” Qatar Airways Senior Vice President Loyalty, Thomas Vadakedath said.
Furthermore, members can now also choose to experience the luxury of Qatar Executive by paying for their flight, either in full or part with Avios. We look forward to seeing our members benefit from this fruitful collaboration.”
