Revinate announces integration with restaurant booking platform, ResDiary

USA – Direct booking platform, Revinate has announced an integration with the online reservation system ResDiary to enhance service delivery and optimize table booking.

The integration provides hoteliers with a comprehensive, data-driven view of guest behavior across properties beyond their room stay.

It allows the combined analytics of hotel & restaurant reservation data, booking data, and reservation details to provide a holistic view of guests.

The major benefit of this integration to hospitality players is the ability to specifically tailor guest experiences based on these data-driven insights.

The online reservation platform (ResDiary) enhances business growth in the hospitality sector by maximizing dining reservations and minimizing no-shows.

The platform attracts guests on different channels, which makes it easy for guests to make reservations. The other channels also give restaurants more control over their bookings, learning from booking data points to create unique experiences.

Revinate will leverage ResDiary’s capabilities and increase direct bookings by enabling data collection at every available touch point.

The reservation platform’s technology capabilities blend well with Revinate’s Customer Data Platform (CDP), which makes data collection and integration more efficient across the spa, restaurant, golf, and folio categories.

Through the integration, Revinate will import restaurant reservation and profile data from ResDiary directly into its platform. Through the booking platform’s Profile Synthesis, room stay guest profiles and restaurant guest profiles will automatically be matched and merged.

According to Revinate, this importation aids in developing a more insightful understanding of guest preferences, enabling concise communications and marketing efforts.

Dan Hang, President and Chief Operating Officer at Revinate, said, “This integration with ResDiary provides tremendous value for hoteliers with on-property dining experiences. Restaurant data is no longer separate from guest profile data — eliminating the data silos so many hoteliers experience.”

“ResDiary is facilitating easier access to the restaurant touchpoint that hoteliers will benefit from when they build their next campaign.”

ResDiary also welcomed the move.  Colin Winning, the company’s Director praised Revinate’s experience and capabilities in the hospitality sector. He reiterated the integration is sure to broaden its reach by connecting dining reservation data to data customers provide outside the restaurant.
