Gulf Hotel inks 3-year agreement to become BIC’s catering service provider

BAHRAIN – Luxury hotel and resort Gulf Hotel has signed a three-year deal with motorsport venue Bahrain International Circuit (BIC) to provide catering services for the venue’s extensive calendar of events.

As part of the three-year agreement, the hotel will provide a variety of routine functions from corporate hospitality and daily staff catering, to the needs of international participants of the races held at the venue.

Gulf Hotel revealed it will offer a variety of cuisine, featuring signature dishes from its resident restaurants. The culinary diversity is intended to reflect the hotel’s ability to combine luxury and innovation.

Visitors and participants of the events held at the circuit will enjoy the refined Japanese cuisine of Sato, the authentic flavors of China Garden, and the contemporary Bahraini fusion cuisine created by Chef Tala Bashmi at Fusions.

The culinary diversity will also include Iranian cuisine from Takht Jamsheed, Italian favorites at La Pergola, Indian dishes from Rasoi, and vibrant Mexican offerings at Margarita Mexicana.

As part of the agreement, Gulf Hotel will also offer buffets, VIP dining, and custom dishes for special occasions.

According to both Gulf Hotel and BIC, the partnership reflects their mutual commitment to delivering premium hospitality services that match the high standards of the circuit’s events.

Shaikh Salman bin Isa Al Khalifa, BIC’s head praised the agreement by saying, “We are delighted to be working with the Gulf Hotel Bahrain to provide exceptional hospitality at the circuit. Ahmed Janahi, Gulf Hotels Group CEO also welcomed the agreement reiterating it is a testament to the company’s leadership in the hospitality sector.

He expressed the company’s commitment to delivering high-standard catering services that complement the high standards of the circuit, providing unforgettable experiences for guests and participants of the major events held at the venue.
