UGANDA – Coffeehouse chain Java House has expanded its foray into the Ugandan market with the launch of two new outlets at Muyenga and Shell Najjera.
These new openings represent Java House’s 93rd and 94th locations in East Africa and the chain’s 5th and 6th outlets in Uganda.
According to the coffeehouse, the new outlets demonstrate Java House’s dedication to providing more Ugandans with its signature gourmet coffee, customized meals, and desserts, which have established the brand as a household name in the region.
Java House Uganda has also introduced a new ‘on-the-go’ concept at its latest location at Shell Nansana, aimed at busy customers seeking quick and convenient service without sacrificing quality.
This new concept enables Java House to address the changing needs of its consumers by offering quick, portable food options that maintain the taste of home, even for those in transit.
Priscilla Gathungu CEO of Java House, welcomed the move by saying, “We’re excited to bring our love for coffee and food to even more Ugandans with the creation of these new branches, and we can’t wait to see how our customers enjoy the special offers we’ve crafted for them. We will continue to serve Uganda with the same passion, expanding our reach and creating moments that feel close to home for all of our customers.“
“Our customers are at the heart of everything we do, and expanding to Najjera, Muyenga, and on-the-go in Nansana is part of our mission to ensure that every Ugandan has access to our warm, welcoming service and the high-quality meals and coffee we are known for.”
In addition to the new outlets and concept, the coffeehouse chain has also renovated its Shell Lugogo branch to improve the customer experience, underscoring the brand’s ongoing commitment to its operations in Uganda.
The brand’s partnership with Vivo Energy Uganda has been instrumental in this expansion.
As the landlord for Java House locations, Vivo Energy Uganda has provided essential support, allowing Java House to extend its unique offerings to more sites across the country. This collaboration will also provide additional incentives for customers at the branches.
