Mandarin Oriental, Aldar to open luxury residential in Abu Dhabi

ABU DHABI – Mandarin Oriental, a multinational hospitality, has announced plans to open a new luxury residential development in Abu Dhabi, which will be developed and owned by Aldar on Saadiyat Island.

The news follows a series of successful ventures by the company, including recent awards and global openings.

Mandarin Oriental Residences will offer 228 high-end homes, combining elegant design with Mandarin Oriental’s renowned service. 

Located in the Saadiyat Cultural District, the residences will provide excellent views of the Zayed National Museum and easy access to various restaurants, shops, and entertainment options at Saadiyat Grove.

These new residences in Abu Dhabi mark another step in the company’s ambitious ten-year growth strategy. The company aims to expand its luxury offerings and enhance its brand’s presence in the global market.
