ABU DHABI – Marriott International Inc. and Eagle Hills, a private real estate investment and development company, have signed an agreement to open the first Ritz-Carlton Reserve in the UAE.

The property is situated on Ramhan Island, an exclusive waterfront destination in Abu Dhabi, and promises expansive views.  

Furthermore, the collaboration with Marriott International on Ramhan Island marks a milestone in reshaping extraordinary experiences and redefining luxury hospitality.

Furthermore, developers are transforming Ramhan Island into a must-visit destination for travelers seeking unparalleled luxury and natural beauty.

Moreover, the reserve, slated to open in 2029, will be situated on a secluded island within the Ramhan Island master development. 

The Reserve will feature 50 private one- to four-bedroom luxury villas, including the region’s first floating villas with waterfront views. Additionally, plans include lavish leisure amenities and multiple culinary venues to enhance guest experiences.
