KENYA – The Getaway Tourism Fair 2024 is underway at Nairobi’s Sarit Expo Centre from October 25 to 27. 

Now celebrating its 20th anniversary, the fair brings together global travel destinations, adventure experiences, and tourism services, creating an ideal spot for travellers and industry professionals to connect. 

Major sponsors include Uber, CireMed Ambulances, and The Daily Cafe, with organisational support from the Kenya Association of Travel Agents (KATA).

The fair is free to attend and is open from 9 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. East African Time on the first day and until 7 p.m. on the second and third days.

Visitors can explore exclusive deals from exhibitors, including travel experts, tour operators, and hospitality brands. Additionally, cultural performances are scheduled on Saturday, October 26, adding a unique touch to the event.

This fair offers insights and networking opportunities for those interested in the latest travel trends, especially in sustainable tourism.

The fair features exhibitors from hotels, tours and travel companies, airlines, logistics firms, tented camps, Airbnbs, conservation organizations and travel photographers.
