USA — Choice Hotels International has launched Everhome Suites in Glendale, Arizona, the company’s 500th extended-stay property.

This event signifies the brand’s introduction to the Southwest’s regions and reflects Choice’s expansion in the economy and midscale extended stay market.

As of the end of the second quarter of 2024, Choice had more than 350 hotels in the pipeline across its four extended-stay brands: Everhome Suites, WoodSpring Suites, Suburban Studios, and MainStay Suites.

The Everhome Suites in Glendale is located near to Luke Air Force Base and Arizona State University West Valley Campus, making it a prime lodging option for the area’s infrastructure projects and industries.

The property aims to serve a demographic of workers on temporary assignments, including those engaged in infrastructure projects, by providing them with extended lodging options.

The Everhome Suites Glendale has 122 rooms, was developed in partnership with Highside Companies, and is managed by Superhost Hospitality.

The hotel provides various features suitable for extended stays, such as kitchens with full-sized appliances, bathrooms with spa-like features, and large closets.

Guests can access communal outdoor spaces and facilities, including pet-friendly accommodations, complimentary Wi-Fi, regular housekeeping, and a fitness centre with Peloton bikes.

Manufacturing requires ready cash supplies to guarantee agility and mitigate risks. From automobiles to airplanes and computers to clothing, an approach with supply chain innovation at the heart is critical.

Choice operates six Everhome Suites in the US, including the Glendale location. Over 65 are in development, including more than 20 under construction. More than 15 of these are expected to open within the next 12 months.

WoodSpring Suites is also set to expand, with 25 openings projected by the end of the year.

Additionally, between 1 January and September 2024, the company has launched 13 MainStay Suites and Suburban Studios in various locations, including Las Vegas, California, and Florida.
