UGANDA – South Africa-based hotel brand Newmark Hotels has expended its African portfolio with the opening of Gorilla Heights Lodge located in Bwindi National Park in Southwestern Uganda.
Gorilla Heights Lodge marks Newmark’s return to the gorilla trekking market, building on its previous experience managing a luxury property in Rwanda.
Located in Uganda’s UNESCO-listed Bwindi Impenetrable National Park, the lodge offers an exceptional blend of upscale accommodations and unparalleled trekking adventures.
Set on a picturesque 12-acre site, the lodge is perched at the highest point in Bwindi, providing sweeping views of the Virunga Mountains and the lush forest.
