SINGAPORE – Award-winning Anglo-Asian restaurant concept Entrepôt has announced a limited-time holiday-themed menu and takeaway options, a new twist to the holiday dining experience.

The special holiday menu will be available from December 1 to January 1, 2025, complemented by exclusive takeaway selections, giving guests a distinctive way to celebrate the festive season.

This menu reimagines classic Christmas dishes with the bold, nuanced flavors of Asia, offering memorable options for diners eager to step away from traditional fare.

Notable dishes include the Angelica Root Sea Salt Angus Striploin, which combines premium Angus striploin with the delicate, herbal notes of angelica root sea salt, resulting in a savory and fragrant flavor profile.

Another highlight is the Honey Glazed Traditional Soy Sauce Chicken Roulade, which is glazed with a blend of soy sauce and honey, providing a delightful umami burst that perfectly complements the tender chicken.

For those wishing to enjoy Entrepôt’s signature flavors at home, the award-winning restaurant has prepared an exclusive selection of takeaway items to enhance home celebrations. These offerings require a five-day pre-order.

Among the takeaway items is the Traditional Soy Sauce Honey Roasted Turkey, a whole turkey marinated in traditional soy sauce and honey for a distinctive Asian twist on the holiday classic.

Accompanied by roasted chestnut stuffing, maple syrup roasted butternut pumpkin, wok-fried traditional soy sauce Brussels sprouts with pancetta and almond flakes, hawthorne cranberry jam, and giblet gravy, this dish is priced at US$178.

Entrepôt also offers Yuletide Logcakes in two flavors: Valrhona Chocolate Tree Trunk for chocolate lovers and Entrepôt’s Christmas Wishes for those preferring lighter sweet treats.

The Valrhona Chocolate Tree Trunk features dark chocolate buttercream, dark chocolate cremieux, Valrhona dark chocolate crunchy pearls, and moist chocolate sponge, while Entrepôt’s Christmas Wishes offers coconut mousse, mango confit, lime cremieux, dulcey caramel, almond sponge, and a crunchy base.

Each logcake is priced at US$88.

In addition, Entrepôt’s popular steak buffet will receive a festive twist this season. Priced at $65++ for lunch and US$75 for dinner (per person), this Christmas-themed buffet combines holiday-inspired flavors with the restaurant’s renowned steak offerings.

Along with a free-flow of quality steaks, the buffet will feature festive items such as Traditional Soy Sauce Honey Roasted Turkey and Roasted Butternut Pumpkin with Maple Syrup and Salted Pumpkin Seed.
