INDIA – Fine dining vegetarian lounge Epitome has broadened its culinary offering by introducing a revamped new menu meant to appeal to the growing vegetarian market.

The revamped menu features an exciting selection of dishes such as Cauliflower Steak, Blue Edamame Rice, Palak Paneer Roulade, Ricotta Gnocchi, and Udon Noodles.

The menu also features standout items like Baked OG Nachos, a Sushi Platter, Avocado Guacamole, and a Sizzling Brownie Volcano. Signature offerings include the Epitome Signature Dragon Roll, Tandoori Zhol Momos Soup, Mini Stuffed Kulchas, and the Turkish Platter.

To complement these dishes, the restaurant has curated a cocktail menu with drinks such as the Clarified Strawberry and White Chocolate Margarita, Gin and Passion, Galactic G&T, and Epitome Agave Love.

Each cocktail is carefully crafted using premium spirits and fresh, organic ingredients.

This menu update aligns with Epitome’s vision of transforming vegetarian and vegan dining, providing a diverse range of options to meet the evolving tastes of India’s hospitality sector.

The restaurant’s refreshed menu is based on insights from research indicating the growth of the vegan food market, a move that aims to strengthen Epitome’s market presence and engage the expanding vegan customer base.

A recent market research by IMARC Group revealed that the Indian vegan food market reached a value of US$ 1.468 billion in 2023. The market is expected to grow at a compound annual growth rate (CAGR) of 10.04%, reaching US$ 3.4745 billion by 2032.

Jigar Sanghvi, the owner of the restaurant, said, “These dishes reflect our commitment to bold flavors and meticulous presentations, emphasizing our focus on vegetarian and vegan cuisine. At Epitome, we don’t just serve food – we create experiences.”

“It’s about creativity in every dish, teamwork in every service, and honesty in every interaction. We want our guests to feel at home and have fun while enjoying the very best we have to offer.”

In addition to the revamping of the menu, the restaurant’s interiors have also been refreshed. The updated design combines Art Deco and Romanesque styles, featuring intricate sculptures, hand-painted murals, and detailed flooring.

The space includes both indoor seating and an outdoor terrace, ideal for intimate gatherings or lively celebrations.
