GLOBAL – Premier digital engagement platform Paytronix has announced enhancements to its digital engagement platform meant to streamline user experiences and restaurants across its restaurant partners less than a month after its acquisition by Access Group.

The first upgrade, the Paytronix Assistant, is an AI-powered tool designed to answer retailers’ questions and provide insights into data and reporting.

The Paytronix Assistant, accessible through the Paytronix Portal, allows operators to ask questions about their loyalty programs, such as the number of members or the top-selling products.

The AI tool pulls relevant data from each brand’s account and provides links to pertinent articles. Operators are encouraged to use the assistant to generate campaign ideas and analyze key metrics, such as visit frequency and spending patterns.

The second, called “additive lead times,” includes a suite of tools to help operators manage and process online orders more effectively.

The “additive lead times” tools offer operators greater control over order and delivery timings, capacity management, and order limits. Customers using first-party ordering can also check estimated delivery times, with these parameters customizable at the individual store or restaurant level.

The two upgrades come shortly after Paytronix was acquired by The Access Group, a business management software provider. The acquisition is expected to significantly broaden Paytronix’s reach and advance its technological capabilities.

Aubrey Giasson, product manager at Paytronix, explained, “This generative AI enables users to ask questions that help them analyze the performance of loyalty programs, ordering systems, mobile campaigns, or gift card offerings. Brands can then gain valuable insights to determine the best next steps and establish effective, brand-specific practices.

These updates are now available across more than 50,000 restaurants in North America and Europe. Paytronix offers a range of solutions, including online ordering, loyalty programs, and payment systems, designed to optimize digital engagement for operators.

In recent years, Paytronix has continued to innovate, introducing gamified offers, personalized mobile updates, and customizable online ordering templates.

In June, the company partnered with Mobivity, a firm that connects businesses with video gaming, to allow brands to reward loyalty points to customers who play select mobile games.
