USA – The Royal Sonesta New Orleans, a landmark in the heart of the French Quarter, has named Adrienne Breaux as its new Director of Sales and Marketing.

Breaux steps into the role with more than a decade of experience, bringing a history of leadership and results-driven strategies to the iconic hotel on Bourbon Street.

Born and raised in Louisiana, Breaux has deep ties to the region and a strong understanding of its unique culture and hospitality industry.

Before joining The Royal Sonesta New Orleans, she served in a similar capacity at the Hyatt Centric French Quarter. There, she led marketing efforts, set strategic goals, and generated significant business growth.

“She brings a wealth of expertise and local knowledge that will undoubtedly benefit our team,” said a hotel representative. “Her passion for the industry and commitment to excellence are invaluable.”

Breaux is also actively involved in the community, contributing to organizations such as the Louisiana Travel Association, the New Orleans Chamber of Commerce, and the MPI Gulf States Chapter.

The Royal Sonesta New Orleans is celebrated for its blend of historic charm and modern sophistication.

The property’s site, dating back to 1721, was transformed over the centuries, from a collection of homes to a thriving commercial district, and eventually into the luxury hotel that opened in 1969.

In recent years, the hotel has continued to enhance its offerings. Notable updates include a multi-million-dollar renovation of its fine-dining restaurant, Restaurant R’evolution.

The refreshed space reopened in October with a revitalized menu, an elevated design, and curated art pieces that reflect the establishment’s creative vision.

Recognitions and dedication to excellence

The hotel has consistently earned accolades for its hospitality, including maintaining its AAA Four-Diamond rating.

These achievements reflect its ongoing commitment to providing guests with top-tier experiences, from the vibrant nightlife of Bourbon Street to the rich art collection that adorns its walls.

Adrienne Breaux’s appointment marks an exciting chapter for The Royal Sonesta New Orleans. With her leadership, the hotel aims to strengthen its position as a premier destination for travelers while honoring its storied past.

“I am thrilled to join a property that holds such a rich history and vibrant connection to the community,” Breaux shared. “Together, we will continue to deliver exceptional service and memorable experiences for all our guests.”
