UAE – Arzan Investment Management (AIM) has appointed United Hospitality Management (UHM) to oversee operations of the voco Bonnington Jumeirah Lake Towers (JLT) in Dubai.

This move follows AIM’s acquisition of the property, furthering its presence in the Middle Eastern hospitality sector.

Known for its strategic investments in prime locations, AIM’s collaboration with UHM is expected to enhance the hotel’s performance and provide strong returns for investors.

The voco Bonnington JLT, situated in the vibrant JLT district, is recognized for its luxury amenities and high-quality guest services.

AIM acquired the property from Dubai businessman Denis McGettigan, marking a significant addition to its growing portfolio.

“This acquisition represents an important step in our expansion strategy in the Middle East,” stated Oliver Hogg, CEO and board member of AIM.

“We trust UHM’s expertise to uphold the highest operational standards while ensuring excellent returns for our stakeholders. This transaction underscores our commitment to Dubai’s hospitality sector, and we foresee more investments of this nature under the AIM umbrella.”

United Hospitality Management, with over three decades of experience in luxury hospitality, is set to manage the hotel under the voco brand of IHG Hotels & Resorts.

The collaboration is designed to ensure a smooth transition while maintaining the hotel’s reputation for exceptional service.

Greg O’Stean, CEO of UHM, expressed enthusiasm about the partnership. “We are proud to join forces with Arzan Investment Management for this exciting venture. Our shared focus on delivering outstanding guest experiences and driving property value aligns perfectly with the goals of this project. We look forward to working closely with the current hotel team and IHG to preserve the high standards that guests have come to expect.”

Both AIM and UHM emphasize long-term growth and profitability in their respective approaches. AIM focuses on acquiring assets in key hospitality hubs and entrusting them to experienced operators.

UHM, meanwhile, manages properties across the Middle East and Europe under prestigious global brands, leveraging its operational and asset management expertise to enhance property value.

The voco Bonnington JLT marks a milestone in AIM’s broader strategy to expand its hospitality portfolio. Through strategic partnerships like this, the company seeks to solidify its position as a leading investor in Dubai’s luxury hotel sector.
