INDIA – Fine dining non-vegetarian Indian cuisine concept Sigdi has expanded its presence in the country with the opening of two new outlets in Anand, Gujarat, and Mira Road, Mumbai, Maharashtra.
The Anand outlet is located at NH-8, opposite Moti Shak Market, while the Mira Road branch can be found at Laxmi Park, SHOP No 8, Oswal Point.
This move is part of Sigdi’s broader efforts to introduce its authentic Indian tandoori, Mughlai, and regional flavours to a wider audience in India.
The brand already operates in Ahmedabad, Bikaner, Godhra, Kheda, Mumbai, Panchgani, and has an international branch in Muscat, Oman.
Founded with the goal of preserving and promoting authentic Indian non-vegetarian cuisine, Sigdi is known for using high-quality meats and carefully selected spices, prepared with traditional cooking methods.
Sohel Memon, founder and managing director of Sigdi, shared his excitement over the expansion by saying, “We are thrilled to bring the true taste of Indian tandoori and Mughlai delicacies to Anand and Mira Road. The company’s expansion strategy aims to establish over 100 branches in the near future, with plans to become a household name both in India and internationally.
In addition, Sigdi is set to take its first steps into international markets with the launch of its first branch in Canada, offering a taste of India’s rich culinary heritage to a global audience and boosting the brand’s visibility on the world stage.
