Hailing from Mexico, Chef Sergio has built an impressive career working across continents, from Buenos Aires to Jakarta, and most recently in Dubai.
His roles in renowned establishments such as La Mezcaleria at The Oberoi Hotel and La Coco Beach Club have earned him a reputation for innovative cuisine and exceptional leadership.
