Nobu Hotel & Restaurant East Cairo to debut in early 2025

EGYPT – Luxury hospitality brand Nobu Hospitality has announced Nobu Hotel & Restaurant East Cairo, a partnership with real estate developer SODIC will open in early 2025.

The development of the Nobu Hotel and Restaurant in Eastown District New Cairo (EDNC), was announced in April and has progressed faster than expected, according to both companies.

Strategically located on Road 90, the main thoroughfare and central axis of New Cairo, the site is adjacent to The American University in Cairo.

Surrounded by luxury boutiques, diverse dining options, entertainment venues, and modern office spaces, the complex promises a vibrant and dynamic ambiance.

This project represents the third collaboration between Nobu and SODIC in Egypt, following the launch of Nobu Hotel, Restaurant, and Residences in West Cairo and North Coast Egypt last summer.

Nobu’s partnership with SODIC highlights their shared commitment to excellence. SODIC, known for its expertise as a leading real estate developer in Egypt, complements Nobu’s global reputation for delivering premium luxury experiences.

This collaboration not only enhances Egypt’s tourism and real estate industries but also aligns with Nobu’s strategy to expand its presence in key global markets.

In addition to the EDNC project, Nobu and SODIC are working on other developments in Egypt.

These include luxury hotels, branded residences, and Nobu restaurants in “The Estates Residences” in New Zayed and a high-end project on Egypt’s Mediterranean North Coast.
