El Aghoury has built an impressive career in the Middle East and beyond, having held leadership roles in Dubai, Egypt, and the Maldives. Known for his expertise in hospitality operations and property revitalization, he previously managed the Sheraton Maldives Full Moon Resort & Spa, where his efforts significantly increased guest satisfaction and revenue.
