USA – Foodservice equipment supplier Zepole Supply has revealed the strategic acquisition of food service company Fein Brothers.
The financial terms of Zepole Supply Co.’s acquisition of Fein Brothers have not been disclosed.
Both companies emphasized a smooth integration process, with Fein Brothers retaining its brand identity to minimize disruption for existing clients and employees.
The continuity will be further ensured by the Fein Brothers leadership team, which will play a key role in aligning the operations of both companies.
Zepole has expressed plans to leverage Fein Brothers’ established market presence to strengthen its position in the industry.
Gary Thiakos, owner and president of Zepole Supply Co., welcomed the acquisition by saying, “We are thrilled to welcome Fein Brothers into the Zepole family. The acquisition follows Zepole’s expansion into St. Cloud, Minnesota, in 2023, marking its first branch outside Illinois.
With over 40 years of experience, Zepole specializes in commercial kitchen design, equipment, and supplies in the greater Chicagoland area.
The St. Cloud branch has broadened its expertise to additional foodservice segments, and its chemical service division, Z-Chem Solutions, provides dish machine and warewash support.
