GLOBAL – ATPI Group, a pioneer in corporate and events travel management, has unveiled CrewHub, a groundbreaking self-service booking platform designed to simplify group and crew travel.

This innovative tool allows organizers across industries to independently handle complex travel arrangements, from sports teams to offshore crews, without the lengthy traditional processes.

Historically, managing group and crew travel has been a daunting and time-consuming task, often requiring extensive back-and-forth communication with agents.

With over a century of expertise in travel logistics, ATPI identified a gap in the market for a streamlined solution. CrewHub fills this need by enabling users to book travel for multiple passengers from various origins to a shared destination—all within minutes.

“Booking group and crew travel has always been a specialized task handled offline. CrewHub changes that,” said Jenny Thornton, Director of Technology Solutions at ATPI.

“We’ve created a platform that combines self-service convenience with the assurance of professional oversight. It’s efficient, simple, and a game-changer for our customers.”

The platform’s interface allows travel coordinators to input names, dates, and travel preferences, selecting from global routes and fares.

It consolidates itineraries into a single booking, which can be amended or canceled directly within the system. All bookings undergo review by ATPI consultants to ensure compliance and accuracy.

CrewHub significantly reduces booking time, cutting it down to just one minute per traveler for group arrangements. This represents up to a 60% time-saving compared to conventional methods.

Users can also filter flights to prioritize cost-effectiveness or the fastest routes, offering flexibility tailored to their specific needs.

The platform also integrates seamlessly with ATPI’s existing EProfile system, automatically retrieving passenger details to save time.

CrewHub will initially roll out to Marine and Energy clients in early 2025, followed by expansion into corporate, entertainment, sports, and mining sectors later in the year.

The introduction of CrewHub aligns with ATPI’s broader sustainability goals, as highlighted in the company’s first annual Sustainability Report published earlier this year. The report revealed that ATPI achieved carbon neutrality in 2023, four years ahead of its original target.

This accomplishment was made possible through initiatives like ATPI Halo, which measures, reduces, and offsets carbon emissions.

Additionally, the report showcased ATPI’s strides in diversity, training, and community engagement. Women now hold 56% of leadership positions within the company, and over 23,000 courses were completed through the ATPI Academy last year.
