Dan Company launches Tuaja Luxury Resorts in Saudi Arabia

SAUDI ARABIA – Dan Company has introduced its latest hospitality venture, Tuaja Luxury Resorts, a brand dedicated to providing sustainable and immersive travel experiences in Saudi Arabia.

The project is set to redefine the nation’s tourism industry by blending luxury with cultural and ecological authenticity.

The first three Tuaja resorts, located in Al-Ahsa, a UNESCO World Heritage site, will showcase the region’s rich agricultural and cultural heritage.

These resorts are slated to operate under Hilton, highlighting a commitment to high-quality service while promoting sustainability.

With three unique experiences Tuaja Luxury Resorts offers distinct accommodations designed to appeal to a variety of travelers.

Tuaja Premium Farm Resort invites guests to connect with nature through agricultural activities such as tasting fresh produce and participating in farm-to-table cooking sessions. Guests will enjoy these interactive experiences without compromising on comfort and luxury.

Tuaja Eco Resort emphasizes tranquility and eco-conscious living. Visitors can relax with wellness treatments using natural products while learning about environmental preservation. The resort is designed to offer a harmonious experience, integrating health and sustainability.

Tuaja Adventure Resort caters to thrill-seekers with activities such as hiking, biking, and exploring Saudi Arabia’s unique landscapes. The aim is to provide outdoor fun that is both safe and exhilarating.

A vision rooted in sustainability and community

The brand’s guiding principles include sustainability, cultural authenticity, and community empowerment.

A spokesperson for Dan Company explained, “Our goal is to preserve nature while fostering economic growth and showcasing Saudi Arabia’s cultural diversity. By integrating local heritage into our resorts, we’re providing unique experiences that also give back to the community.”

Each resort will be designed to highlight the history and culture of its host city. This aligns with Saudi Arabia’s Vision 2030, which emphasizes economic diversification and the growth of the tourism sector.

The introduction of Tuaja Luxury Resorts aligns with significant trends in global tourism. Agritourism, ecotourism, and adventure tourism have all seen substantial growth due to increasing consumer interest in sustainable and immersive travel.

The global agritourism market alone was valued at US$8.1 billion in 2024 and is expected to grow at a rate of 11.9% annually from 2025 to 2030.

Similarly, the ecotourism market is projected to reach US$979 billion by 2034, driven by environmental awareness and a preference for responsible travel.

The adventure tourism sector is also booming, with a projected annual growth rate of 16.8%. Consumers increasingly seek physically engaging and culturally enriching activities, making Tuaja’s offerings well-positioned to meet these demands.

With plans to expand across multiple Saudi cities by 2030, Tuaja Luxury Resorts is set to play a key role in advancing Saudi Arabia’s tourism objectives.
