UAE – Olesia Ostapenko has been appointed as the new director of operations at W Dubai, Mina Seyahi, marking another milestone in her illustrious 24-year career in the international hospitality industry.

With a reputation for driving operational excellence and enhancing guest satisfaction, Ostapenko is set to lead the hotel’s operations with a fresh and forward-thinking perspective.

Prior to joining W Dubai, Ostapenko served as the executive assistant manager of rooms at Marriott Resort Palm Jumeirah.

During her tenure, she spearheaded pre-opening strategies and ensured alignment with brand standards, showcasing her ability to handle complex operations with precision.

Over the years, she has held leadership roles at globally renowned hotels, including Hyatt and Marriott, where she oversaw operations across Europe, the Middle East, and Southeast Asia.

Her leadership has consistently delivered improvements in efficiency, guest experience, and revenue growth, solidifying her status as a key player in the hospitality sector.
