GAIN, Mews partner to modernize hotel technology systems

GLOBAL – Growth Advisors International Network (GAIN) has teamed up with Mews, a leading cloud-based hospitality platform in a move aimed at improving efficiency and guest satisfaction in the hospitality industry.

This partnership seeks to address the challenges posed by outdated technology systems in hotels, which often lead to operational inefficiencies and data fragmentation.

GAIN and Mews will provide participating North American hotels with a comprehensive evaluation of their current technology setups through the GAIN Hotel Technology Stack Assessments program.

“Our goal is to simplify the decision-making process for hoteliers by identifying technology gaps and offering solutions tailored to their unique needs,” said Richard Valtr, Founder of Mews.

These assessments will pinpoint areas where system upgrades or integrations can enhance workflows, reduce costs, and boost guest satisfaction. Key findings will be shared as actionable recommendations, ensuring hotels can address inefficiencies effectively.

The hospitality industry has long grappled with fragmented systems that inhibit smooth operations and seamless guest experiences.

Michael Cohen, Managing Partner at GAIN, emphasized the importance of the initiative: “Together, we aim to future-proof hotel technology and improve back-of-house operations while elevating every aspect of the guest journey.”

Participating hotels will receive complimentary assessments to identify their operational challenges and opportunities.

The partnership will empower these properties to adopt scalable technology solutions that align with modern guest expectations.

This announcement follows a significant accolade for Mews, which was recently honored with the Tech Hero Award at CIODAY 2024 in the Netherlands.

The recognition celebrates Mews’ innovative contributions to hospitality, particularly its focus on modernizing the industry through practical, user-friendly solutions.

Bernhard van Oranje, Chairman of the Jury, praised Mews’ achievements, stating, “It’s impressive how Mews has transformed operations in such an established field. Their focus on delivering measurable results sets them apart.”

The award indicate Mews’ ability to deliver tangible returns to clients within months, solidifying its position as a leader in hospitality technology.
