Araw Hospitality Group migrates to Hotelogix for streamlined operations

SINGAPORE – Philippine-based hospitality giant Araw Hospitality Group has chosen Hotelogix’s cloud-based property management system to enhance operational efficiency and centralize its management processes across its expanding portfolio.

Araw Hospitality Group, known for its innovative hospitality concepts, operates a diverse portfolio that includes luxury hotels, boutique establishments, wellness resorts, and fine dining venues.

With over ten properties such as Lihim Resorts in El Nido and Bacau Bay Resort in Coron, the group has consistently highlighted the rich culture and flavors of the Philippines.

Previously, the group relied on separate systems to manage each property. While effective for individual operations, these decentralized solutions created challenges at the corporate level, including inefficiencies, delays, and difficulties maintaining consistent brand standards.

Vincent Fajarda, Group Director of Marketing at Araw Hospitality Group, explained the need for a unified approach: “Our priority was to ensure consistent standards across our properties. Adopting a centralized system like Hotelogix allows us to oversee operations, improve decision-making, and offer better services to our guests.”

With Hotelogix, Araw Hospitality Group can now manage guest profiles, revenue data, travel agents, and online travel agency (OTA) distribution for all properties from a single platform.

Fajarda added, “This solution brings the flexibility and efficiency we need to remain competitive in the fast-paced Filipino hospitality market.”

Araw Hospitality Group plans to leverage Hotelogix’s technology for its future growth. The platform’s scalability will support new property integrations as the group continues to expand its footprint in the hospitality industry.

For instance, Indian chains like Amritara Hotels and Resorts and UAE’s Lotus Hotels & Apartments have successfully implemented similar systems to centralize operations and improve efficiency.

In addition, Hotelogix has integrated its system with Carmen Software for enhanced accounting management and launched online training programs to help hotels maximize their post-pandemic recovery efforts.
