SOUTH AFRICA – Air France-KLM has joined forces with Kolet, a French start-up specializing in eSIM technology, to provide South African travellers with seamless internet access at preferential rates.
This new partnership aims to simplify global connectivity for Air France-KLM passengers by offering a reliable and affordable eSIM solution.
Customers can now enjoy internet access in over 190 countries, eliminating the inconvenience of international roaming charges.
Travellers can visit https://airfrance.shop.kolet.com/ or https://klm.shop.kolet.com/ to purchase and install a Kolet eSIM on their smartphones. With the code AFKLDATA, the process becomes quick and cost-effective.
By simply downloading the Kolet app and entering the code AFKLDATA, travellers can easily select a prepaid data plan. Once installed, the eSIM provides mobile data even before departure, ensuring a seamless connection upon arrival at their destination.
“Our aim is to provide a solution that caters to the needs of modern travellers,” said a representative from Air France-KLM. “With Kolet’s advanced eSIM technology, our customers can enjoy uninterrupted connectivity without the high costs associated with international data roaming.”
Air France-KLM’s loyalty program, Flying Blue, integrates seamlessly into this offer. Members can earn 10 Miles for every euro spent on Kolet data bundles, enhancing their travel rewards.
Additionally, they can invite friends and family to try Kolet and earn 250 Miles for the first bundle purchased by new customers.
Flying Blue members in France and the Netherlands have the flexibility to partially or fully pay for their data bundles using Miles, thanks to the new Flying Blue+ payment service in the Kolet app and website.
