Tambourine opens new Bogotá headquarters to strengthen LATAM presence

COLOMBIA – Tambourine, a prominent player in digital marketing technology for the hospitality sector, has officially launched its new Latin America (LATAM) headquarters in Bogotá, Colombia.

This expansion signals the company’s commitment to enhancing its footprint in one of the world’s most dynamic markets.

The new office, located in the bustling business district of Calle 96 #10-72, spans 14,000 square feet—more than double the size of the previous headquarters.

This space has been designed to encourage collaboration and creativity, equipping the team to deliver cutting-edge marketing solutions tailored to the hospitality industry.

“This move reflects our dedication to LATAM’s growing hospitality market,” said Rafael Cardozo, CEO of Tambourine. “Our Bogotá office acts as a bridge, enabling us to better support the success of this region.”

With this expansion, Tambourine aims to strengthen its operations while creating room for an expanded workforce. The modern office includes open workspaces and areas designed to inspire innovative thinking among the team.

“Our goal is to provide a work environment that complements the talent and hard work of our LATAM team,” added Juan Fernando Castro, Chief Operating Officer for the region.

Tambourine’s move to Bogotá coincides with a series of achievements that demonstrate its leadership in the digital marketing and hospitality sectors.

Notable developments include its collaboration with Hyatt on the Event Experience Guide, a digital tool aimed at improving communication between hotel staff and event planners.

“This guide simplifies planning by providing property-specific resources,” a Tambourine spokesperson explained. “It’s another step in making hospitality marketing more efficient and effective.”

Additionally, the company celebrated winning eight platinum Viddy Awards for excellence in video production, underscoring its creative expertise.

In a further show of industry leadership, Tambourine was recognized as a 2024 Google Premier Partner, placing it among the top 3% of Google Partners in the U.S.

The Bogotá expansion is a testament to Tambourine’s growth-driven strategy. By investing in the LATAM market, the company aims to support both its clients and the wider hospitality sector with innovative and reliable marketing solutions.
