Al Habtoor Palace, IDeaS partner for AI-Powered revenue management

UAE – Al Habtoor Palace in Dubai has announced a partnership with IDeaS, a leading provider of hospitality revenue management solutions, to introduce its G3 Revenue Management System (RMS).

This move is set to improve the hotel’s revenue management strategy through advanced forecasting and pricing tools.

Located in the heart of Dubai along the Dubai Water Canal, Al Habtoor Palace is part of the prestigious Legend Collection by Preferred Hotels & Resorts.

Known for its European-inspired design and luxurious accommodations, the hotel offers 182 rooms, 52 suites, and premium amenities, including the award-winning Silk Spa.

With the addition of IDeaS’ G3 RMS, Al Habtoor Palace aims to enhance its competitiveness in Dubai’s thriving luxury hotel market.

The implementation of IDeaS G3 RMS will allow Al Habtoor Palace to streamline revenue management processes with accurate demand forecasting and dynamic pricing.

The system’s ability to analyze real-time data at a granular level ensures that the hotel can respond efficiently to market changes.

Ibrahim Saba, Principal Sales Director for EMEA at IDeaS, expressed his confidence in the partnership: “We’re delighted to collaborate with the team at Al Habtoor Palace. This investment in cutting-edge technology will help optimize their revenue practices and support their strategic growth objectives.”

The G3 RMS also features a What-if Analysis tool, enabling the hotel’s revenue team to test various demand scenarios and pricing strategies. This capability ensures that Al Habtoor Palace can make informed decisions to maximize occupancy and profitability.

Stefan Radstrom, Complex General Manager at Al Habtoor City, highlighted the importance of this initiative. “The luxury market in Dubai is highly competitive and fast-moving. Integrating IDeaS G3 RMS will ensure we are maximizing revenue opportunities and staying ahead of the curve.”

The deployment of IDeaS G3 RMS underscores the company’s commitment to supporting the Middle East’s growing hospitality industry.

With over two decades of experience in the region, IDeaS now services more than 130,000 rooms across the Middle East.

The rollout at Al Habtoor Palace comes as IDeaS continues to share valuable insights about trends shaping the hospitality sector. In a recent report, the company identified key changes expected in 2025, including technological advancements and evolving guest needs.

Klaus Kohlmayr, Chief Evangelist at IDeaS, emphasized the importance of staying adaptable: “Our goal is to help hoteliers address challenges and seize opportunities through a mix of technology and human expertise.”

This partnership marks a significant step for Al Habtoor Palace as it continues to enhance guest experiences while adopting smarter revenue management practices.

The hotel’s investment in innovative solutions reflects a broader trend in the hospitality industry, where technology is playing a crucial role in driving growth and competitiveness.
