Wissam Beiruty returns to Amwaj Rotana as area Director of Human Resources

UAE – Amwaj Rotana has appointed Wissam Beiruty as the area director of human resources for Dubai and the Northern Emirates.

Wissam, a seasoned professional with over two decades of experience at Rotana, brings a wealth of expertise to this new role.

Wissam began his journey with Rotana in 2003 as a management trainee at the company’s corporate office. Over the years, he has excelled in senior HR leadership positions, contributing to the success of Rotana properties across the UAE and Saudi Arabia.

Notably, he was part of the pre-opening team at Amwaj Rotana, a milestone that makes his return to the property particularly meaningful.

His extensive career has included cluster roles at Al Murooj Rotana and Al Bustan Rotana in Dubai, as well as leadership responsibilities at the Rotana Capital Centre Complex in Abu Dhabi.

Prior to this appointment, Wissam served as corporate director of human resources at the Rotana Corporate Office.

In his new position, Wissam will lead the human resources operations at Amwaj Rotana while extending his expertise to other Rotana properties across Dubai and the Northern Emirates.

His focus will be on creating an engaged and motivated workforce by aligning HR practices with Rotana’s core values. He plans to introduce strategic development programs aimed at nurturing talent and promoting employee satisfaction.
