Singapore’s Culinary Arts Group debuts new dining concepts in Dubai

UAE – The Culinary Arts Group, a Singapore-based restaurant group has launched two new dining concepts, Revolver and a new home-grown concept by Chef Tristin Farmer, Maison Dali.

Maison Dali reimagines the intersection of gastronomy and art, blending European-inspired dishes with Japanese techniques.

This contemporary bistro offers a playful yet refined menu, creating a culinary experience designed to surprise and delight diners.

The interior, featuring enigmatic touches, enhances the ambiance, ensuring that the experience is as visually captivating as it is flavorful.

Maison Dali provides an ideal setting where sophistication meets creativity, offering a feast for the senses—both the eyes and the palate.

In contrast, Revolver injects the city’s culinary scene with bold energy.

The heart of the concept is a theatrical open-fire kitchen, where diners have front-row seats to witness their meals prepared over custom-built grills and tandoors.

With South Asian-inspired flavors, fiery spices, and world-class ingredients, Revolver offers a dining experience that combines fun and flair.

The menu challenges conventional culinary boundaries, bursting with explosive flavors in every bite, designed to keep the excitement high.

Both of these concepts will be led by Tristin Farmer, the globally acclaimed culinary director and partner. Farmer is renowned for his innovative approach to storytelling through cuisine.

He has earned three Michelin stars for his work at Singapore’s Zén, making him one of only two Scottish chefs to achieve this honor.

Farmer’s vision is to create an experience where every guest feels part of something extraordinary, combining delicious food with unfaltering hospitality.

We want to impress while still being relaxed and comfortable, and most importantly, we want to have fun with it,” says Farmer.

Maison Dali and Revolver will be housed in The Opus, an iconic structure in Business Bay, Dubai.

Designed by the late Dame Zaha Hadid, The Opus is known for its striking, cube-like shape and central void, which contrasts with the solid towers.

Hadid’s signature use of sharp angles and curves makes The Opus the perfect stage for these exceptional dining concepts, adding to the cultural and architectural significance of both venues.
