UAE – Nakheel, through its parent company Dubai Holding Real Estate, has teamed up with six renowned architecture firms to design 10 exclusive Beach Collection villas on Palm Jebel Ali.
The six distinguished architecture firms behind the project include WATG, SAOTA, Whitespace Architects, NAGA Architects, LOCI, and LW Design Group.
These globally and locally renowned firms have drawn inspiration from the unique characteristics of the island, which blends oceanfront tranquility, a lively cityscape, and a rich palette of natural forms.
Their collective vision has resulted in a curated collection of 10 exclusive homes that celebrate the island’s natural beauty and dynamic urban energy.
The residences offer a seamless integration of indoor and outdoor living, enhancing luxury in everyday life.
The Beach Collection features five- and six-bedroom villas, ranging from 7,300 to 8,500 sq ft, positioned in prime beachfront locations that provide exceptional privacy and exclusivity. Each villa showcases a contemporary design that complements the coastal surroundings.
WATG, a US-based global design firm, has created the Baia Luna and Crystal Springs villas, which embrace three core design philosophies: ‘Minimal,’ focusing on purity and simplicity; ‘Elegant,’ blending timeless beauty with modern elements; and ‘Dynamic,’ with flowing lines and bold structural designs.
SAOTA’s Ocean Whisper and Bluejay villas are inspired by Palm Jebel Ali’s unique location where the ocean, Dubai’s urban expanse, and desert landscapes converge.
These villas feature open spaces, sustainable materials, and energy-efficient designs. Whitespace Architects, an award-winning Dubai-based firm, designed the Indigo Ocean residences, which create a harmonious connection between architecture and nature through a balance of artistry and functionality.
NAGA Architects, ranked among the top designers in MENA in 2022, designed the Cyan Sky, Blue Horizon, and Pacific Breeze villas, incorporating refined finishes to reflect the island’s lifestyle and spirit of the sea.
LOCI’s Cobalt villas are inspired by the region’s social and environmental context, with a focus on materials that enhance the flow of space.
Lastly, LW Design’s Wave Crest villas highlight detailed façades and are divided into three themes: ‘Nature,’ featuring natural stone and timber textures; ‘Contemporary,’ with bold brass contrasts; and ‘White,’ offering a neutral palette with refined marble and metals to emphasize light.
