UAE – Five-star luxury hotel Radisson Blu Hotel, Dubai Waterfront has announced the appointment of Mariami Edzgveradze as its new Front Office Manager.

Mariami, with an exceptional track record and a passion for luxury hospitality, brings dynamic leadership and a commitment to excellence to her role at the iconic Radisson Blu Hotel, Dubai Waterfront.

She began her hospitality career in 2017 at Address Hotels and Resorts as a Lobby Hostess. In this role, she quickly embraced the essence of Arabic hospitality and rapidly advanced through the ranks.

Within five years, her dedication and natural ability to create memorable guest experiences led to her promotion to Duty Manager.

She played a key role in the preopening of two luxury hotels in Egypt and the UAE, and as a departmental trainer, Mariami excelled in driving guest satisfaction, mastering upselling techniques, and ensuring compliance with luxury audit standards like LQA and Forbes.

In 2022, Mariami joined Marriott’s St. Regis Downtown Dubai as Assistant Front Office Manager. There, she enhanced guest satisfaction scores on platforms such as Booking.com and achieved record-breaking upselling revenues.

Her innovative approach and commitment to team development contributed to the formation of a highly motivated, high-performing team that consistently delivered exceptional guest experiences.

Outside of her professional achievements, Mariami draws inspiration from international dance, a reflection of her vibrant personality and zest for life.

She considers her family her greatest source of motivation, finding immense joy and energy in caring for her loved ones.

Mariami’s journey serves as a testament to her dedication, growth, and commitment to excellence in the luxury hospitality industry.
