Red Sea Global launches Red Sea Residences, expanding into luxury living

SAUDI ARABIA – Red Sea Global (RSG), developer of The Red Sea and AMAALA, has introduced Red Sea Residences, a luxury residential brand offering exclusive homes and a rare opportunity to own property within its premier destinations along the Red Sea coast.

According to John Pagano, Group CEO of Red Sea Global (RSG), the initiative is creating a distinctive luxury residential market in Saudi Arabia.

He highlighted that residents would own a part of the Red Sea while experiencing modern island and coastal living within the Kingdom.

Emphasizing the project’s commitment to regenerative tourism, he noted that every Red Sea Residences home is designed to enhance the surrounding environment and contribute positively to nearby communities.

The first Red Sea Residences development is situated on Shura Island, the central hub of The Red Sea destination, with properties set for handover by the end of 2025.

Shura Island hosts 11 resorts and a variety of upscale amenities, including fine dining establishments, retail districts, luxury marinas, and the Kingdom’s first 18-hole island golf course, Shura Links.

Homeowners will have direct access to these attractions, as well as pristine beaches and clear waters, while remaining well-connected to the broader destination and its iconic resorts.

Red Sea Residences has introduced two branded communities on Shura.

The Four Seasons Private Residences features 75 spacious villas, ranging from three to five bedrooms and spanning 414 to 534 square meters, offering stunning views of the sea and golf course. A

dditionally, Ennismore’s SLS Residences presents 15 contemporary one- to four-bedroom units, with sizes between 130 and 423 square meters.

Simultaneously, Shura Marina Residences has been unveiled, comprising 36 apartments with one to three bedrooms, ranging from 190 to 364 square meters.

These residences include expansive balconies and terraces overlooking the sea and marina, along with direct access to high-end retail and dining options, including restaurants helmed by Michelin-starred chefs.

Beyond Shura, RSG is actively developing additional projects, including more properties on the island and residences at AMAALA, its wellness-centric destination set to open later this year.

The company is also planning an integrated resort island community, scheduled for launch in late 2025, designed to offer a unique multi-generational living experience.

RSG remains on schedule to complete all 16 hotels in Phase One of The Red Sea by 2025. Additionally, the first phase of AMAALA is set to open later this year.

By the end of 2025, the company aims to have launched 25 resorts and delivered approximately 450 luxury residences, reinforcing its commitment to sustainable and high-end living in Saudi Arabia.
