MENA – Alshaya Group has announced its certification by Great Place to Work® Middle East, a global leader in workplace culture recognition, covering all countries in the Middle East and North Africa (MENA) region.
Alshaya Group has earned recognition for its workplace culture, ranking 19th on the 2025 Best Workplaces in KSA™️ list, with additional rankings for Bahrain, Kuwait, Oman, Qatar, and the UAE to follow in February.
This accolade is based entirely on an employee survey, providing an in-depth look into the internal health of the organization from the perspective of its staff.
The result shows a higher percentage of employees rating Alshaya as a “great place to work” compared to the average company in the Middle East and North Africa (MENA) region.
This certification extends across all MENA countries where Alshaya operates, further building on its success in achieving this recognition in Saudi Arabia in 2024.
Alshaya employs 50,000 colleagues across 16 countries, and the certification reflects the company’s commitment to creating an outstanding workplace.
