Gulf Business Machines to provide IT managed services for Landmark Hospitality across GCC

MIDDLE EAST – Gulf Business Machines (GBM), a top digital solutions provider, has been chosen by Landmark Hospitality to provide IT managed services for its hospitality operations across the GCC for the next three years.

GBM’s will manage the complete IT infrastructure and end-user services across Landmark Leisure, Fitness First, and Foodmark locations in Bahrain, Kuwait, Oman, and the UAE.

By outsourcing its IT operations to GBM, Landmark Hospitality seeks to simplify daily IT tasks, allowing the company to focus on expansion while maintaining cutting-edge technological solutions.

The collaboration will capitalize on GBM’s managed services expertise, offering proactive monitoring, automation, and comprehensive process enhancements, all governed by industry best practices.

This partnership ensures that Landmark Hospitality will benefit from Service Level Agreement (SLA)-based services and IT Service Management tools aligned with the Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) framework, designed for enterprise services.

GBM will handle all aspects of in-house IT infrastructure management, providing Landmark Hospitality with enhanced control, transparency, and agility.

Ossama El Samadoni, General Manager of GBM Dubai, emphasized that the agreement highlights GBM’s commitment to delivering advanced IT solutions that foster operational excellence and technological growth across the GCC.

He noted that by leveraging GBM’s capabilities, Landmark Hospitality will be able to optimize its IT operations, which in turn will allow the company to concentrate on strategic growth and improving guest experiences.
